We’ve got a new challenge coming up to celebrate the Ironman world
championship. It’s called the Everyman Ironman and the way it works is that instead of 1 day to do an Ironman triathlon, you have 26 days to accumulate distance.
Here is the breakdown,
2.4 mile swim- 79 laps in our pool
112mi bike
26.2 mi run
The challenge goes from Sept 16th-Oct 12th
This IS NOT a competition to see who can do the most or who finishes first. Just a challenge to try and complete it.
I know a lot of people might think they can’t do it but it really only is 3 laps a day in the pool, 4.5 miles riding, and 1 mile run/walk.
