What’s New at SAC

If you haven’t had a chance to check out our new schedule, now would be a good time. We have completed our new Myra Lani Mind Body Studio and with that addition we have been able to add numerous new classes to our schedule.

We will now offer Yoga classes six days a week with new Hot Vinyasa classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a new Gentle Yoga class starting on November 19th at 10:45am Wednesday mornings.

New classes are also being offered in the group exercise room. Body Sculpt class is now available on Wednesday mornings at 9:15am and a brand new CORE class on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am.

Kids ages 6-11 can also get in on the action with our new Fit Kids class Monday and Friday at 3:45pm and adults can challenge themselves in our new Total Fit Class offered Monday and Friday at 5:15pm.

The cyclists are moving inside for their workouts and spin classes are filling up quickly so we now offer a 5:30pm spin class on Tuesday and Thursday.

The Club is getting busier as folks move their activities indoors. Please remember to sign up for Body Sculpt and Spin classes up to a week in advance to secure a spot.

Social hours at the Club are between 8am and 10am so if you would like to visit with your friends this is a good time to come. If you would like to visit the Club during our quieter hours try coming between 11am and 3pm.
