SAC Update from Tate 5/21/21 – Masks
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) updated their mask policy to align with the CDC and Oregon Health Authority so beginning Saturday, May 22nd SAC will no longer require masks for vaccinated members and staff.
We will require visual proof of vaccination. By showing us your vaccination card and signing a simple form, attached, you will only have to show us your card one time.
If you are fully vaccinated, you may of course continue to wear your mask.
Please refrain from engaging with other members and staff about their vaccination status or reasons for wearing a mask.
Trust that we continue to uphold strict policies that will ensure the utmost safety for our members and staff and align with state regulations.
