Stay Motivated

Studies show that it takes 30 days to establish a habit.  With January almost over, there are many things you can do to keep motivated and turn your New Year’s resolutions into a lifestyle change.  1.  Have a personal trainer create a new workout for you.  We have six qualified personal trainers on staff to help you meet your goals.  2.  You can meet a friend and workout together.  Schedule a time that you both agree to be there and then do it.  3.  Try a group exercise class.  Whether you like the fast pace of being in a spin class or want to slow it down with Yoga, we offer close to 40 classes during the course of a week.  Check out the group exercise calendar and try something new this week!
