Hatha-Flow Yoga
You have found your footing on the mat. Now it is time to move with it. Hatha-Flow Yoga is a balanced, full-bodied practice that blends the steady, pose-holding discipline of Hatha tradition with the breath-guided transitions of a flowing sequence into a single class that is as grounding as it is energizing.
The pace is deliberate and purposeful. You will spend meaningful time in each pose — long enough to build real strength, explore proper alignment, and feel the full effect of each posture settle into your body. Then, guided by your breath, you will flow with intention into the next movement, carrying the energy forward with focus and control. That relationship between breath and movement is the living core of this class — sharpening your awareness, steadying your mind, and connecting every pose into a single continuous, flowing practice.
Each session moves through a thoughtfully sequenced series of postures that challenge and open the whole body — strengthening the legs, core, and upper back, releasing the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders, and developing the balance and body awareness that support everything you do on and off the mat. The work is real. The pace gives you room to do it well.
Hatha-Flow Yoga is a natural home for students who have moved beyond the basics and are ready for a practice with more depth, more challenge, and more reward. It is equally satisfying for experienced practitioners who value the combination of strength, flexibility, and mindful intention that this style does so well. Modifications and props are always available for those navigating specific needs or working toward a fuller range of motion.
Come ready to breathe, move, and grow. This class will meet you where you are and take you somewhere better.
