Location
Healing works best in water. On Tuesdays from 1:00pm to 2:00pm and Thursdays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, Lane 1 of our 25-yard indoor pool is reserved for physical therapy patients of Therapeutic Associates. This dedicated lane offers a calm, consistent environment for members undergoing rehabilitation, recovery, or therapist-led aquatic treatment programs.
The warm 82°F water makes our pool ideal for physical therapy — reducing joint stress, supporting body weight, and permitting a greater range of motion than land-based exercise alone. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or rebuilding strength and mobility after an injury, the pool provides a gentle and effective way forward.
During Physical Therapy hours, Lanes 2 and 3 remain open for regular Open Swim, so members can continue enjoying the pool without interruption.
