Locker Rooms With Steam Rooms

The Sisters Athletic Club locker rooms are designed to be exactly that — a clean, private, well-appointed space where you can transition in and out of your workout with comfort, ease, and the kind of thoughtful amenity that makes the difference between a gym and a club.
SAC maintains fully separate, private locker rooms for men and women — each offering everything you need to arrive ready and leave refreshed. Individual showers provide the privacy and personal space that every member deserves after putting in real work and are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and care. Locks are available at the Front Desk at no charge to keep your belongings secure throughout your visit, so you can focus on your workout.
The steam room is one of the locker room’s most beloved features — a cleansing, deeply therapeutic amenity that turns a post-workout routine into something genuinely restorative. Steam therapy has been used for centuries across cultures for good reason. The moist heat opens the pores and draws out impurities, soothes and relaxes tired, overworked muscles, eases joint stiffness, improves circulation, and creates a profound sense of calm that carries you out of the club feeling not just clean but genuinely renewed. Even a few minutes in the steam room after a hard session can meaningfully accelerate recovery and shift your entire physical and mental state in the most welcome direction.
The locker rooms at SAC are a shared community space, and we ask that all members help maintain the privacy and comfort of that space for everyone. In keeping with that commitment, cell phone use — including calls, texting, and photography — is prohibited while in the locker room. This policy exists to protect the privacy and dignity of every member in the room, and we appreciate the respect and consideration our community consistently brings to this shared space.
Children over the age of six are welcome in the same-sex locker rooms only, ensuring that the privacy and comfort of all members are maintained throughout the facility.
For members requiring additional space, privacy, or accessibility, SAC also provides a dedicated private family and wheelchair-accessible shower and changing room. This ADA-compliant space is reserved exclusively for individuals who require accessible facilities — offering the same high standard of cleanliness and amenity as the main locker rooms in a spacious, private, and fully accessible format.
From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the Sisters Athletic Club locker rooms are designed to make every part of your visit — not just the workout — feel worthy of the community you are a part of.
Locks are available at the Front Desk. Cell phone use is prohibited in locker rooms. Children over 6 in same-gender locker rooms only. Family/ADA accessible shower and changing room available for those requiring accessible facilities.
